Meaning: Green Tara, also known as the "Swift Savior Mother" or "Savior from the Eight Perils," is a highly revered bodhisattva in Tibetan Buddhism. Green Tara is known for her immense compassion and power to save beings from eight kinds of suffering, including danger from lions, elephants, fire, snakes, water, imprisonment, thieves, and non-humans.
