This purchase was actually an afterthought to purchasing a backflow burner. I wasn't able to find the scent of incense I wanted in backflow form and I just wanted a small, utilitarian burner for the regular cones. This more than fit that bill. I used incense over 40 yrs. (or so) ago, when it became THE popular thing, especially for girls then. This is so much prettier than what we used then (little, crudely made brass dishes), that I actually use it for its looks on my coffee table!
